Apart from Canada, Martin has worked extensively in South Africa, Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and China. Martin is highly dependable individual, with a proven ability to establish and achieve strategic goals. He combines strong analytical capabilities with an initiative-taking, solutions-oriented approach. Innovative and resourceful, he demonstrates exceptional leadership, influence, and cultural awareness while working across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams. He holds a diverse range of technical, leadership, and professional qualifications, including certifications as a Mechanical Engineering Technician, Project Manager, Adult Educator, and Journeyman Millwright, along with a Diploma in Business Management. Complementing his broad operational expertise, Martin is also a qualified pilot.
