Javeed Mohammed

Javeed Mohammed is the Department Manager for the Instrumentation, Control Systems, and Telecommunications group at Fluor Canada. Since joining Fluor in 2004, Javeed has built a distinguished career spanning over two decades and three continents, contributing his expertise across engineering offices, fabrication yards, and construction sites. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering complex, high-stakes projects in the energy and chemical sectors.

With deep specialization in instrumentation and control systems, Javeed has served in multiple senior leadership roles, consistently driving innovation and excellence. He is a recognized thought leader, having represented Fluor at international conferences and delivered numerous internal training programs to cultivate the next generation of engineering talent.

In 2025, Javeed serves as the Treasurer of the ISA Calgary Chapter, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing the profession. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary, an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, and a Corporate Leadership Diploma from Harvard Business Publishing.

Outside of work, Javeed is an avid golfer, a passionate stargazer with his astronomical telescope, and enjoys quality time with family and friends.
